Is there an option for him to not attend festivals or has this been fixed with the latest updates? Are there still issues with SVE or can I use it with him?
I'm using Diverse Stardew Valley in my game, and Shane is Ecuadorian. There is a Shane-Book asset in Mr. Ginger's files. Will I experience a conflict or will I be fine and the DSV variant of Shane will appear?
My farmer met him and I couldn't stop smiling. Is there a template for cross-over heart events? You mentioned that some characters don't like him or do those characters only say those things through dialogue with the farmer?
I think the only one that actively dislikes him is Pierre because he's allergic but some of the other NPCs are occasionally irritated by him. Did you want to do cross-over heart events? I don't think there are many atm.
If I invite Mr Ginger to live on my farm, can I still either marry an npc or have krobus as my housemate, or will having the cat on my farm block me from having other npcs in the house? I know having Krobus for example, makes it so you can't marry unless you kick Krobus out, and i don't see anything in this mod's description saying whether or not it would be the same for Mr Ginger.
I didn't write anything because its pretty much standard SDV knowledge that you can only have a roommate or a spouse and need an additional mod for more. Mr. Ginger is a standard SDV roommate.
Alright, thanks. I just wasn't really sure if he'd be considered a standard roommate or not, because, yknow, cat. I do find the idea funny though that other npcs wouldn't want to move in with me because "oops you have a cat, can't do it" lol
I don't have Tristan :3. However, I did try with every legendary fish. Most were accepted as a regular gift, but the ice pip wasn't and was accepted as a house invite gift.

Do you mean the Glacier fish? I think maybe I cut back the fish that were accepted to just two - although I also thought I updated that last time. Maybe I forgot.

hiii i love your mod but i seem to be having issues with triggering the 8 heart event, when i use the event lookup it's telling me i need to be dating mr. ginger, which i hope i cant do lmfao. It also says i need to receive the quest flag from tristan (which i have installed) but i still havent received the quest/mail theyre asking for. Im currently on year 1 Fall 4. Could you help me?

I've got a weird issue where Mister Ginger's sprite is sort of compressed (all you can see from the side is his tail), and his portrait doesn't appear at all. I seem to remember this happening once before--years ago--but I can't remember what the solution was. I know I got him to work! Can anyone help? I really miss having him in my game.
Sorry, I fixed it by removing my portrait replacer, which apparently makes the whole thing go sideways. It's a shame, I was using the DCBurger-style pictures, which are cute! Thanks for answering.
