I have an issue in my game and I believe it's your mod. When I'm in any menu with text input, like on naming a chest or an animal, and try to use the letter h, the menu will close and the friendship dialogue for my horse will appear. This was quite a problem when I got stuck in buying a new animal and had the naming dialogue close, and had to figure out how to get out of the mode where you can pan around your farm but there is no "ok" or "cancel" button because the game hasn't decided you are done naming the animal. I have been through all my other mods where they list hotkeys and didn't find another that would use H to pull up the horse's friendship.
A second issue is that if you are using bigger backpack, the spot where the horse icon is moves downward but where you have to click remains at the same coords. It's workable, just not something people may realize.
I have had this exact same problem. It'd be nice to get a config to change the button. I had another mod set to H and had to reconfigure my setup because of this one, and the typing issue is very annoying.
This mod doesn't add a passive speed buff without the horse, does it? I keep running into a bug where i'm moving a lot faster in the mines. this is a bug in the game, but you need a speed buff for it to activate in the first place.

I don't know what mode the collision took place.
Maybe there's a collision with Horse Whistle Mode?
Does the save file I used not apply to the mode?
