    Is this mod still maintained?
Yep. The original author is no longer active, but I'm keeping it compatible with game/SMAPI updates and fixing critical issues. It's a "keeping the lights on" priority for other improvements though.

How do I get help / report an issue?
Post a comment below! Please upload your SMAPI log and add a link to your message (even if you don't see any errors). This has useful info like what versions you have, which mods are installed, what happened in the game, etc.

Since I maintain many mods for other mod authors, I can't always answer every question here (often I'll be busy handling SMAPI or my own mods). If you can answer someone else's question, that's always appreciated!

Hi! I'm maintaining this mod going forward (for Stardew Valley 1.6 and later only).

There are a lot of changes in the Snack Anything 2.0.0 update. In particular, the mod no longer prevents you from using items normally and no longer permanently changes item data. If you previously reported a bug/issue and it still happens, please post a new comment. Make sure to read the pinned post above first!
  3. Don't download this mod unless you're late enough in the game that you don't need to worry about placeable objects being unusable.

You literally cannot remove the mod's effects once you load a game with it active.

Even removing it from your mod folder doesn't fix it.

SMAPI somehow treats it like it's forever loaded I guess.

There is no config file. There are no settings. There is no readme. There is only an eternity of being forced to eat things instead of place them. STAY AWAY.

did you design this to be compatible with 'dont eat that'? bc i just want to eat certain things like crab and oyster and lobster and crayfish and shrimp because, you know, theyre edible things? but rocks and artifacts is kind of a stretch. i just want the yummies the game has categorized as 'not technically food' for some reason. so is there compatibility with the two mods or should i make an 'eat seafood' mod if i dont want to enjoy a meal of quartz with abigail?

I'm sure this mod was meant as a joke but it's actually saving my a**. Somewhere in all the modding I've done, I managed to lose the ability to throw things in my inventory away. So I guess I'll eat them!

I know this mod started out as a #modding inside joke but, as someone whose main Farmer is a non-human... well done. :)

I looked carelessly and at first read the text in the first picture as "Eat Abigail?"

No, this wasn't a cannibal mod. it wasn't...
