Hello! I absolutely LOVE they retexture style, but I am having trouble understanding how to actually get the home ingame to look like one of these? Once I start the game with the mod installed, the house is just the vanilla texture.
So sorry for the late reply. I've been modding Sims 4 lately (I'm Lolabellesims) and haven't touched SV in a while. There are two versions of this mod. One requires SMAPI and Content Patcher; Content Patcher itself requires SMAPI. The other is just a straight replacer. In other words, it outright replaces the vanilla cabins. F the Content Patcher version just drag and drop the file in your mods folder. Make sure Content Patcher is in your mods folder, as well and it goes without saying, I think, that SMAPI should be installed. For the replacer version, drag and drop the files in your content/buildings folder in the game's root folder. You will find your game's root folder on whatever hard drive you installed your game to. In my case, it's on my C drive in C:/GOG Galaxy/Games/Stardew Valley. Inside the Stardew Valley folder is where you will find the Content folder and the Mods folder. I'll be sure to update the description page with instructions.
Edit: You said the house is still vanilla. Are you talking about the main farmhouse? Because this mod does not touch the main farmhouse. Only the cabins which are used in multiplayer games.

I'm praying LaurellaBellaBean will do something to make 3rd upgrade look as good :)
