Download this mod and unzip it into Stardew Valley/Mods.
Run the game using SMAPI.
How to use
In the configuration file provided (config file doesn't exist initially, is generated after game launch), you can add the numerical IDs of items that you want to be deleted, can toggle whether you want the feature to work only while in the mines or anywhere, and can change the key to toggle the feature on and off.
