Hi! There used to be a mod on here that set all item quality to Iridium (OnlyIridium), but it broke with the last SMAPI update, it's not open-source and I haven't been able to get in touch with the author. I have literally no modding experience, but the code for this mod seems simple enough (well, the quality-changing part of it) so I wondered if it would be OK if I used that code to try to cobble together a new mod that sets everything to Iridium quality?
I recognize this hasn't been updated in a couple of years now. It would be nice if this applied to chest and autograbber inventories as well so that it would be compatible with Automate.
I love this mod, works great, unfortunately it seems on my current save where I already put gold parsnips in the bundle, gold quality is still required regardless of my setting.
But I don't think I'd impelement it anytime soon. It might be possible using Harmony, but I don't intent to use it for this mod. https://stardewvalleywiki.com/Modding:Modder_Guide/APIs/Harmony
If I pick the game up again, I want to look into making aged products keep their quality level. At the moment aging has no effect at all. https://stardewvalleywiki.com/Cask
With that it would still be rather impossible to do it in the first year, but I don't see it as a bad thing to be honest.
I somehow lost this mod and have been looking for it for ages. Sorry for the even later reply (2 years late to be exact hah) but that's fine, I've since come to place a lot less value on winning the fair as in the end even if you don't win you can still get points for the stardrop. This mod is essential and I'm so glad I found it again!
As mentioned in the description and the post before mine, the quality bundle will simply require more regular quality resources. There is also a configuration to adjust by how much it should increase, also mentioned in the description.

If I do end up making something that functions well enough to bother uploading it, I'll be sure to credit you for your help.

Sadly, I didn't yet implement what I planned to do. Oops! Uhm... maybe next time.
How would we complete that then?
