Does anyone know if there is an update that doesn't mess with the new stuff brought into the game with the updates? Cuz my banana/mango trees won't work and are just shadowed rectangles and won't give me fruit with it on.
No, I don't plan on updating until I decided to play again. The thing with updates is how the game takes the sprites from the sheet, each asset takes from a coordinate, and sometimes when they expand the sheet for new stuff, they shift things around, and messes up stuff. For now, no updates, sorry, maybe in an unforeseeable future.
I searched on several mods for one that made the game colors less yellow and saturated, but all the mods I had tested left the game very colorless, until I found this mod.
I really love the new map colors! Only thing is, it makes me realize how comfortable I am with the yellow tones on villager home interiors. Is it possible to get a version of this mod that doesn't include those, or are they intrinsically tied in?
SMAPI'll probably go crazy with error logs, but it can't load anything if it's not there. If you're a little savvy, you can edit the content.json file to delete lines that reference those assets, but again, it might lead to some errors with sprites with mismatching colors on some situations, since some maps are made of multiple tilesheets at once.
I don't really know how modding works on Android, but are you able to use other SMAPI mods? Maybe you aren't running the game through the SMAPI laucher?

There's this link about using it on Android if it helps, but it should work properly if you install the right version of SMAPI.
Thanks for making this <3
