Under chapter 42 of the Stardew Valley penal code, the lack of a twelve heart event is punishable by a fine of up to one prismatic shard or thirty days in the sewers with Krobus. So far this statute hasn't been enforced, but just to be sure that Elliott is safe from such a horrible fate, I've decided to provide him with the event he's been sorely lacking all these years.
