I am not sure where I got it, to be honest. I tend to compile other people's mods into one big mod that is for personal use. I can tell you it is a hat. Most of the hats I use come from Nexus Mods or a Korean site HERE. The Korean site is a little frustrating to navigate--you must make an account if you want any mods from there. In the middle of the screen is where all of the mods are listed. Look for entries that have a paperclip in the title. That indicates that there is a download link. ?It's all in Korean and the page, or at least parts of the page, aren't always translated. It's so annoying but the site has a lot of great content.
Glad to hear it still works for you! I haven't been playing Stardew Valley for a while so I wasn't aware the game had updated. I need to be better about checking up on my mods. Anyway, if you are using a mod manager I couldn't help you with that as I always do everything manually. Stardew Valley is so easy to mod--just drag and drop files or folders where they need to go and that's it--that I just don't see the point in a mod manager.

Thank you for this! This goes with ATDSV rather well
Edit: So, it works but only if you download it manually, I did it first but didn't work the first time. Try and it will eventually work!
