   Just a suggestion, an option in a config.json to allow this to be automatic functionality on eating of an item, rather than requiring an extra hotkey (Ctrl).
   
   I understand that having the hotkey means stopping from accidental clicks, but having extra hotkeys to trigger mods feels immersion breaking imo.

      Agree, i just want to right click and eat right away.
      
      EDIT: In case you haven't found yet in the mod Fast Animations(https://www.nexusmods.com/stardewvalley/mods/1089) you can configure it in the config.json so you can just right click and eat/drink right away, called "DisableEatAndDrinkConfirmation".

   This mod simply doesn't work for me ... I don't know what I'm doing wrong? Nothing happens when I press CTRL. I was really looking forward using it.
