      It works if you set the town map to TownRuins. Otherwise, no.

   I love this! It's a bit irritating to drive Joja out of town and then have that boarded-up eyesore of a ruin just sitting there, so this is a perfect little sign of nature reclaiming the building

   Really makes sense. If you side with Joja, the community center gets turned into a warehouse, so why not have the Junimos take over the abandoned store.
