Hi Vamoosi!! I'm not sure when / if ever you'll see this but I hope you're doing well. As you can see in the other comments, this mod hasn't done well with the new updates. Some items are broken and transformed into the new 1.5 vanilla items. So, I hope to obtain your permission to upload a converted/updated version of your mod into Nexus!!
The mod currently uses Custom Furniture, which is kinda of breaking and will break again I think in the new upcoming 1.6 update. I can fix the mods by updating the code to Content Patcher (after 1.6) or Dynamic Game Assets. In the mod description, "Modification permission -You are allowed to modify my files and release bug fixes or improve on the features without permission from or credit to me" is checked I think this falls under that category. I also asked the Stardew Valley discord about this and the general interpretation has led to this:
- I can modify and use the assets - I can only upload this to Nexus - You will receive full credit for the mod
I know you said that people technically don't need permission or credit but I thought it would be good to ask/add it on anyways. With your inactivity though, if I don't hear back by the end of February I plan to upload the mod following all those guidelines. No donations will be turned on either!! I don't have coding experience so I used elizabethcd's (Github) FurnitureConverter script to do this. I just really wanted to use the Snorlax plush so that's how I ended up here... If you ever see this and want to update the mod yourself, you can do that and I'll not upload/take down the mod.
I tried downloading it, but it only came up as a .rar file and whenever I tried to open it it gave me an error message. Is there a chance I installed it wrong?
