Hi! I converted this furniture pack to Alternative Textures! Would you like to add it to the mod page? I can send the zipped folder over Discord, in an email, or if there's another format you'd prefer, I can do that too. :)
AT packs load quicker than mods that rely on PyTK (such as Custom Furniture), and they can be mixed and matched with other AT packs on the same farm.
I haven't uploaded it anywhere because I never got permission from the mod author, but the only issues with CF that I'm aware of are that it uses a framework that makes the game take longer to load, and that you can't set items on top of tables.
Hey, totally respect you not uploading them, but can you share the resources you used to convert from CF to AT? My girl has a couple CF mods that are abandoned, and I want to see if I can convert them for her. RN the plan is to look at the sample AT file, and a different mod that was converted to see if I can figure out the requirements.
hey Raumtraum, I just learned about this furniture converter that can turn CF furniture items into DGA furniture. (Obviously, you'll also need dynamic game assets). DGA works well for furniture items, tho it's maybe not as flexible as AT. Also, AT has pretty good documentation that includes several guides with helpful examples to learn how to make your own AT packs. Both DGA and AT can work well together/co-exist so you have plenty of options to get creative! GL :) ?
