this mod is amazing. i can finally see in that bottom corner of the farm, where the tree is blocking the view. at least now i can tell if any debris has grown in that spot overnight, thus i can ensure nothing damages my crops. looking forward to any potential updates.
I'd like the transparency to only be active while I'm behind the trees, however, if you can't do that, could you make it toggleable via hotkey? The trees being constantly see-through is mildly annoying. Otherwise, great mod, it's a good idea.
I've been looking for solutions for that pesky tree in the corner of the farm that covers everything, and this is the only one that doesn't require any other mods other than smapi and contentpatcher.
The only other one that does this is platonymus toolkit but I'd rather not install resource packs and kits unless I really want several of the mods that use it.
I'll be tracking this mod, eagerly waiting for possible updates!
The mod looks great! Access on-demand to the transparency feature with a toggleable key would be even better, I'm keeping the transparency down to 20 for realism for now but would probably pick a higher value if I could turn the transparency off at will. Thank you for sharing your work with us, so appreciated.
The halfway fix might be to put 0% transparency as an option in the config, which means we can manually swap between (using Generic Mod Config Menu) if we really need to figure out what's behind that tree, and keep it at 0% in the meantime. =p But a keybind would be very nice.
Regardless, thanks for ending the confusion of "why can't I walk here???" for once and for all, haha
Is there any way for this mod to make the static trees transparent ONLY when I walk behind them, same as choppable trees? (SMAPI 3.4.1, SV version 1.4.5, Stardew Valley Expanded)

I can't even believe why no one has made a mod like this before, this mod is quite essential IMO.
I'll wait for a compatibility for eemie's but I already love the idea. c:
