    Regarding 1.6:
    This mod should work fully with 1.6 with no need for update once the dependencies are fully updated. An alpha version of Producer Framework Mod is currently available but be aware that there is potential for bugs, and that the automate support add-on for it may take some time, please be patient and please don't harass any mod authors!

    I also made this mod originally as a request and have 0 interest currently in adding any new features to it as I don't play with it myself. I will update it if there's every any need but otherwise I don't plan on adding anything else to the mod.

    Regarding my mods:
    Unfortunately my computer has become unusable and I will be unable to mod for the forseeable future, you are free to unofficial fixes and versions of my mods in the meantime if it is at all necessary, but they should be stable and useable for a good while. I won't be able to fix or update any of my mods myself so please don't be rude or anything if there is a bug, I'd fix it if I could!

    How do I make it work with Automate?

      Please read the sticky'd message, the producer framework automate add-on needs to be updated, when that is, you can download that and it should work.

    recipes don't show up in 1.6, the machines can be spawned with CJB spawner. both drills turn invisible when placed down. they still seem to work, however i am sad automate doesn't work with them :c

      I noticed there's a lot of issues with Json assets atm, it might be related to that so it could be worth waiting to see for when those get ironed out. I'm considering looking into converting over to content patcher but I'll wait and see a bit first, cause at that point I'd basically be remaking the whole mod. I'd probably want to also update the art alongside it cause I could do a lot better now so if I go that route it could be a bit of a wait as this mod isn't very high priority for me.

    Smapi keeps telling me to update this mod, even though ive updated to most recent available. The download says 2.0.2 but the file it gives is 2.0.1.

      I usually just change the version number in manifest file to the new version number and save it. But its a problem if there will be new update and the version number still doesnt change. Hopefully they fix it.

    I can't seem to get this mod to work. The SMAPI log says I need to update it, but the version it says is the one I have. Not counting that, I can't see any of the machines in my crafting menu. Please help.

      I'm a bit of an idiot, turns out you need to buy the blueprints from the blacksmith, but SMAPI still says it needs to be updated. At least it works though.

    This is a really nice mod! My only real complaint is that the wood bin takes a starfruit for some reason. Compared to the other resource generators, that feels a little strange, as Starfruit are unrelated and relatively rare. I would suggest a change to Mahogany Seeds instead, but that's my two cents. Otherwise, this is really a neat mod, helpful for avoiding those situations where you need a little bit of wood or stone for a machine and you find out you have next to none because you haven't actively been gathering those resources.

      Oh wow I just looked at the original post date. I don't really remember when they were added so I guess I didn't think anything of it lol. With that in mind, it does make some sense for it to be with something like starfruit, if only for lack of more sensible options. The Mohogany Seeds aren't exactly easy to come by either, so hopefully it'll make it more accessible without being unbalanced.

    Is there a reason this was made so vortex cant install it for you and so we have to manually install it? And why have you separated the mod into 2 folders 3 folders deep? I literally just shoved everything into a single folder and removed all the extra empty folders you made and it works fine. 

    EDIT- (Weird File Structure aside I forced vortex to reinstall it and Now It Works idk what happened)

    Love the mod keep it up!

    im not sure why but i cant get the blueprints anywhere? clint doesnt have them and i dont have them unlocked yet if that matters?

      Make sure you installed it right you should be dropping two folders into mods from the download, if you just unzipped and drop a single folder into it then you did it wrong (the two folders are nested in it)

    I downloaded the latest version of the Auto Resources mod, and it still appears on Smapi log that it needs to update the mod, to version 2.0.2

      Open folder [PFM] Auto resources
      Open file Manifest
      Change "version" 2.0.1 to 2.0.2
      Be happy

    For those who feel the build costs are a little much I did my own adjustments, meant primarily for myself but thought I'd share for those who might be interested.
    My Personal changes;
    (Wood Machine) - Hardwood:40, Tree Ferilizer: 1, Refined Quartz: 1, Battery: 1.
    (Fiber Bin) - Fiber:20, Hardwood:40, Glass Shards:1, Deluxe Fertilizer: 1.
    (Stone Drill) - Iron Bars: 8, Diamond: 1, Battery: 2.
    (Clay Drill) - Copper Bars: 20, Earth Crystal:1. Iron Bars: 1, Battery: 2.
