Known issue - don't put the Fish Food on top of any furniture or big craftable otherwise it will get stuck in the ground and you won't be able to pick up, this is an issue with JA and the Author has been warned.
I saw someone else put this in the bug report section, but I can't find the crafting recipes for the fish breeding tanks, or possibly crafting recipes for plant pots? I went into the Hisame craftables mod and it suggested there were crafting recipes there, but they aren't in that shop either. I've got the Hisame Craftables, Mermaid Island, and Fish Breeding Tanks mods. Any advice?
II know this is a late reply, but I'm posting for anyone like me who comes looking to solve this problem.
You can add the recipes to the shop manually. In the Mermaid Island mod folder, go to the [STF] Island Shops folder and open the shops.json file. Scroll down to ShopName: "Trent shop".
Add the lines that I've shown in bold to your file so it looks like this :
I am not seeing the fish tank recipes in the summer market. I believe I have all of the mods that are required and I was able to buy other recipes from this mod, such as the fish food and love potion. I just read on the mod page for Hisame's craftables that the recipes I was able to buy were from that mod, so can confirm that that one is installed. I also have SMAPI, JA, Mermaid Island, MNF, and PFM.

I started using this mod in Fall, so I know that I won't be able to purchase the recipes until the Summer Market when summer rolls around next year, but I thought I would check in about this message in case there is something going wrong with my save? I do have all of the files already (mermaid island, all the crops/flowers/recipes, more new fish, etc) and everything else is working smoothly. I can also see the koi tanks in item spawner (although they not accept fish food at all if I spawn them and try to use them). I'm really sorry about the inconvenience caused!!

I have quite a few mods running so the smapi log is fairly long, so I have DMed it to you instead of copy and pasting it onto here. I hope that is okay? Please don't appologize for asking help with one of my mods, it's fine! So, I think maybe something went wrong when installing the mod, would you please delete it and reinstall?

Hi Trent! I already had that mod installed?? I needed it for mermaid island so I had it installed - I think it does work as I managed to buy the recipes for the love potion and void poison. I have Hisames new recipes and craftables mods, the more recipes, trees, flowers, and fruits and veggies mods, and the mermaid island, fish breeding, boarding house, and more new fish mods?

one question, each separate piece produce, i guess, the fish that was used to make it, and that is the case even if we put all then together ? or when united they will produce any kind of koi from any kind of piece ? like, can i get 4 ghost koi for example
