This is... incredible? You really put a lot of thought into it too, not just giving everyone black hair and clothes, but actually considering their personalities and styles carefully. It's amazing.
It's weird how just a visual change like this feels like it adds some unique depth to their characters too.
I'm glad you liked it. I was honestly worried the most about Harvey, since I basically drew all that by hand and i'm much better at recolors, or slight alterations than I am drawing from scratch.
Honestly I could see it, it's not exactly off that an already and quirky and tight-knit little community would have all the young people share a common interest. (Heck in canon you could argue that with the exception of maybe Shane they're all at least mildly interested in the nature around them.) And its not as if the lack of stores is exactly a detriment, nowhere is going to sell a plague doctor masks off the rack that's good enough that a real doctor could actual do their job in.

The method of compression shouldn't matter, it should still decompress the same.

I tried to match each villager to a style based on their personality, I though Haley especially turned out well too.
Harvey would legit have me go for him like that. God, I am odd. XD I love those plague masks tho.
