Can we get an update for 1.6? Or does anybody know a version that works with tis mod: https://www.nexusmods.com/stardewvalley/mods/13804?tab=description ?
I did edit the latest released map (2.0.2) and you can download: No Big lake and no small pond - https://www107.zippyshare.com/v/0O5iCcP9/file.html Big lake and yes small pond - https://www107.zippyshare.com/v/AVAsZrWe/file.html
I have no clue how the mod itself works so just download original dlls and replace the tbins xD Also don't forget to rename them to farm.tbin under the mod directory
@ggj0117 if you want to publish those yourself please go on and do it, maybe add my name under credits ;)
P.S. i made also an even bigger version (width 250x) let me know if anyone is interested.
This map is amazing, also without affecting the game experience, just adding more space!! I love it I like to have a lot of space are you planning to make more extensions making it even bigger? ill love to see that, BTW Thanks again for the mod <3
What are the other mods that are required? I had gone through my mod folder and I think I deleted one I needed as I do not have the double farm anymore.
So, I've been wanting to do a run where I put every single fish in a fish pond. Naturaly that requires a lot of space. I normally hate wide open maps of barren nothingness. But I really like how you have a pseudo "quarry-like" space in the middle. And I can use grass, paths, and decorations to break up the blandness of the rest of the map. Also I'm going to be using More New Fish, so I was going to need even more space. It would be cool if that quarry spot was actually a quarry but if not I'll turn it into my factory space.
Update2*: Found my issue only 1hr later! I forgot completely that I was using the Forest Farm (duh!). I'll explain for others below my edited comment in quote.
My original query:
Yes! For users not using Standard Farm there is another step. If you're like me maybe you totally forgot about Farm Types and was stumped as to why my existing save would not change. You can change your Farm Type easily so don't worry! Locate your save file->Locate " <whichfarm> " within save file-> ensure it reads = 0 and nothing else. More here? for example or via google after knowing you need to change Farm Type.
edit/update1: A new save on Standard farm does have the XL Farm. What would a farmer do to Update an existing save? Is that why the xnb is there? For users like myself? I apologize I'm brand new to SDV modding.
*Hopefully this comment can link up some of the old indexes on searches like 'expand existing SDV farm' etc.
I've been loving this mod! No issues so far with several dozen hours playtime under my belt. It's a really simple farm map and didn't require me to reset any terrain features, and meant I didn't have to rejig my farm since it just adds a whole new area. I love the raised section and sewer shortcut. Aside from the texture issue mentioned in an earlier comment (all the new section is plain "dirt" with no other textures), it's perfect for a ongoing game farm expansion.
