This is soooo cute all it needs is a few portions, dialogue, an event, and a back story to how Sebastian ends up in a maid's dress. Oh, I would love to see all of this turned into a full-on mod. Oh, please give us more.

You could build a small story mod around Sebastian about catching a version of him that dresses "normally" in this. Maybe its something he wears in his spare time, just in private. From there you could take it several ways: all sexy (kind of explains itself), all platonic (cause this sort of thing doesn't *have* to be kink), sexy-friendly where maybe its somewhere between the two but he's just so embarrased & needs to learn to be more confident/self-accepting/dealer's choice... which can also be sexy (or just romantic and/or friendship building)
