    Do not ask me when mods will be updated for 1.6. Your comment will be removed. I have a life and I'm very aware of the update! So have some patience, please. Thanks.

    For those wondering about 1.6... If you check Junimod's user files, there's new "Cuter Animal" mods that are improvements to the various animals in the game, but using 1.6 and its Content Patcher mechanics. Junimods might have their own reason for not pinning this information in their own comment, or they may just be busy, but if you want to save yourself time and get some cool replacements that are up to date and work perfectly with 1.6, check their latest files!

    Has anyone got this to work since the 1.6 update? Or am I just doing something wrong?

    Thanks in advance :)

      I had to empty my mod folder and re-download all of them for SMAPI to work as it should, you could try that.

    I LOVE all of your mods. I couldn't play without them.

    I do have one request if you'd ever be open to it . . . I would love if you could do the retriever with the ears that come on the original vanilla blonde dog, the ones that look more floppy instead of the hound ears. I thought it coudln't hurt to ask. Thank you for all of your hard work!

    I tried to use the ShibaBlack skin, and edited the config mod to this.

    {
      "Dog 1": "ShibaBlack"
      "Dog 1 Collar": "Purple",
      "Dog 2": "PitbullGrey"
      "Dog 2 Collar": "Purple",
      "Dog 3": "Rottweiler"
      "Dog 3 Collar": "Purple",
      "MenuIcon": "true"

    But it's still all the vanilla dogs for all 3 models after I save the config. I know when I boot up the SMAPI to launch my modded stardew, it does say this in red text --

    "[Content Patcher] Error loading configuration for content pack 'Elle's Dog Replacements'. Technical details:
    Newtonsoft.Json.JsonReaderException: Can't parse JSON file at D:\SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\Stardew Valley\Mods\[CP] Elle's Dog Replacements\config.json. This doesn't seem to be valid JSON.
    Technical details: After parsing a value an unexpected character was encountered: ". Path '['Dog 1']', line 3, position 2.

      Hi there! You have a syntax error, you just need to insert a comma after the "ShibaBlack" line (outside of the quotations)!

    Can anyone tell me what to write in the config for the Newfoundland breed? I've tried every variation I can think of, any help is appreciated!

      All the config names for the skins are in the images in the References folder.
