Is this compatible with Content Patcher mods that add more farm types (like Frontier Farm)?

Hi! Small Beach Farm is added as a regular custom farm type, it doesn't override an existing farm type. So it should be compatible with any other farm type mods you want to install.

Hi, I'm sure you have bigger fish to fry after 1.6.9 but I'm getting a wall of red  in SMAPI about summer tile sheets (though doesn't seem to impact gameplay?) starting with this: [16:13:26 ERROR game] Location 'Farm' failed to load seasonal asset name 'SMAPI\pathoschild.smallbeachfarm\assets\summer_outdoorsTileSheet' for tilesheet ID 'untitled tile sheet'.Here's my SMAPI log.
Thank you for all your work!

Good day! I recently tried the game "Stardew Valley" and I am so captivated by it! For the first time in my life I decided to create something myself for the game. I create my own farm map using Tiled, but I am having some difficulties. I saw your maps, I really liked them. Could you help me, please? You have a lot of experience in this. If you want to help me, I will be very grateful! Below I describe my problem.

I couldn't figure out the settings for the fish types on the farm. I didn't understand the information on the wiki and couldn't find a more understandable guide on how to create a data json file for this. Ideally I would like to make a river and a mountain lake with the appropriate types of fish on my farm. How can I create this file correctly and set the fish types?

    Thank you in advance!

Hi! Can you come ask in #making-mods-general on the Stardew Valley Discord? There's a lot of mod authors there who'd be happy to help make the changes you want, and you can ping me there if you don't get an answer.

[bug report] hello, recently i found that the beach farm's ocean/beachside is registered in the system as river instead. i dont know if this is affecting newer savefiles or not. i played with the small beach farm savefile since before 1.6 updates and it used to work just fine for the ocean vs river separation. i'm on pc and using the latest stardew 1.6, the most recent SMAPI, and i've also downloaded the most recent small beach farm mod version. thank you.

Hi! The mod sets three fishing areas in Data/Locations:

      • River: (0, 0, 255, 23);
      • Estuary: (11, 23, 9, 7);
      • Ocean: anywhere else.

      That corresponds to these areas:

So that seems to be correct. Where did you see the ocean area being marked as river?

the ocean area of the farm is registered as river. i've caught a river jelly and various river fishes from the ocean area. i've also checked by removing all mods and only kept the farm mod to see if it's mod conflicting problem--it isn't. the problem still happens even when i'm only using the farm mod, so i believe it's the small beach farm map's bug. here is a screenshot of me catching the river jelly.

I've run a fresh save and majority fish are from river (only 1 oceanic fish) when fishing in the ocean part.

I have a little bug. I don't know if maybe could be my game configuration. No beach forage had spawn after one year. I changed SpawnBeachFarmForage from T to T². After this I create an new farm, after 7 days Beach Forage spawn normally.

I tried again by disabling all mods except this one and the same thing happened.

I notice that was a quote about how to put map properties values. My bad, that isn't a bug.

Beach forage has a very low spawn rate. I changed the game code to increase the probability as a quick test, and some did spawn correctly on the small beach farm:

I found a pretty major bug. I don't really have any screenshots on me right now but if you move the pet bowl you end up with two pet bowls and you can't move one of them so if you are going to use this map make sure to NEVER move the pet area!

    Plz fix
    Replication:
    1)Create map
    2)Move the pet bowl

Thank you for the fast response! In addition to this, a new visual bug emerged when you resolved another issue:

"Hi there, I noticed that when entering the cave on the farm, the ceiling
of the the player's hat/head overlaps with the ceiling of the cave.
      Here's a picture."

When you fixed this bug you added ~6 tiles on top of the cave entrance to the "always on top" layer on tiled. But now whenever a tree is planted in front of the  cave entrance the tree leaves are cut off. This makes decorative trees look extremely bad.

To fix both issues, could you please remove the tiles you added on the left and right sides of the cave entrance? If you keep the ones in the middle it'll be good enough.

The upcoming 2.5.4 will only have the 3x2 AlwaysFront area above the cave entrance, and will no longer allow planting trees in front of the cave (like the vanilla farm maps). Thanks for reporting that too!

    Hello
Does anyone know if there is an option to remove the tiles from the kitchen? It doesn't allow me to build one of the new rooms (Dining room).

I have the LetsMoveit and BuildonAnyTile mods but they dont work on those tiles.

    Thank you :)

I don't think this mod has any effect on the kitchen? You could try asking in the Stardew Valley Discord instead, where there's a lot more mod authors and players who might know.

In the image (when I buy the dining roon) it says to remove all the elements of the renovation area, but I have nothing there, only the default kitchen, that's why I thought it was from the mod.

I have a screenshot of that but i cant put here xD

How did you add it as a separate modded farm in the new game farm selector and not as a replacement for a vanilla farm like most modded farms? Thanks.
