  It should be a case of just downloading the file from Nexus, then extracting the downloaded zip file, lastly just copy the extracted folder into the Mods folder in the Stardew Valley install folder for the game

This mod really makes NPCs alive, thank you! Is there a way to disable max luck on an NPCs' birthday however?

  Glad you like it! There currently isn't a way to disable to max luck, I'll write that down and add that to the next version though

I doubt this is the case, but I'd like to be sure. This wouldn't conflict with any mod that alters dialogue with NPCs you can gain friendship, right?

  Nope, this won't make any conflicts. The dialogue ids start 'better10Hearts_...'' And it adds dialogue opposed to change previous dialogue.
