Originally I was a bit hesitant to try and create a Content Patch version of these files. I'm quite new to coding (aside from web coding), so looking at the logs was a it overwhelming... However, after the user, Firminus, asked about a possible Content Patch version, I decided to do a little research on the topic...
In all honesty, it's a lot easier than it looks! It's basically just a "fill in the blank" form and... There you go! One file ready for the Content Patcher! It seems like many prefer to use the Patcher, so I hope this will make a lot of users happy with this simple mod! ^u^... -
Evolve Your Dog Into Arcanine or Shiny Arcanine
I'm a bit new to this, so please bear with me...
I simply just took the sprites of the dog and replaced them with Arcanine. The sprites themselves originated from the GBA game, Pokemon Mystery Dungeon which was created by Nintendo. I simply modified them to be more Stardew Valley friendly, which by that I mean I just altered them slightly to "fit" the box in which the dog animations take place. Was more of a pain than anticipated, but I got it to work! I also modified them to make the Arcanine's sit animation more smooth and "natural" looking.
