Not sure if I'm doing something wrong, but the mod seems to not be taking effect.
To test it, I installed the mod on a fresh save without any other mods. If I swing an axe in the air, SMAPI says "[Prevent Energy Loss] Energy usage preserved" but still deducts the two energy from my bar. The same happens when I swing the pickaxe, hoe, and watering can on invalid targets (e.g. using watering can on a rock).
Hi, this doesn't seem to work in 1.6. Is there some sort of config I'm missing? Edit: Nevermind, I'm silly. Would it be possible to prevent energy loss if swinging a tool at nothing by mistake? How many times have I casted a rod on dry land...
Was it the fishing rod specifically? I've only set it up for the axe, pickaxe, hoe and watering can as those were easy to implement. I could have a look at making it also work for the fishing rod though.
If it's another tool please let me know which and I'll fix it as it should not take energy when you swing it at nothing.
Hey! Just wanted to let you know that this mod doesn’t need the “Translation” tag, as the tag is normally reserved for mods that have the sole purpose of translating another mod. This means many people filter out the tag and your mod may not pop up on their feed! I’d recommend replacing it with the languages the main mod supports, so “English" and any other languages the mod supports. Thank you for your time, and happy modding!
