For those curious. There is a reported bug with custom farming redux (CFR) that items will randomly fail to be created and result in a chest when the game is loaded. This is failure to create could be the Beverages or the distilleries themselves.
There is also a reported bug with CFR where items created and are upgraded to a higher quality and placed in a stack of others, so 5 iridium poppy honey mead, then when you split the stack the split items lose the iridium quality. This causes a problem with automate casks as the item will be turned into normal quality when it is fully turned into iridium and goes into the chest, which will then go back into the cask....

hi there. i downloaded your mod becuase it seemed exactly like what ive been lookingfor to scratch that itch in the back of my head about "potatoe juice" not being whiskey. and not being able to make apple cider. but unfortunatly its no up to date. is ther any chance that this will be getting an update to the current version. id hate to have to let go of this becuase it honestly seems amazing. no other mod seems to even come close to the simplicity yet satisfaction in this area. please dont give up on this if you can continue it i know i at least would be super appreciative and i dont think i would be the only one.

Hey I really like the idea of the mod - i just ran into a problem with it. Only a few of my distilleries managed to create Tequila, and the others are stuck in the prodution animation and not able to interact with and also not producing the artisan goods.
First of all, thanks for uploading such an awesome mod! It adds more depth to my artisan game.
Now I'm not sure if anyone else is having this problem, but when I go to place an item into the distillery, it at the same time prompts me if I want to eat said item. Is there any way to fix that? It's obviously only an annoyance issue, as the distillery seems to be working properly.
It's fine. I did actually find a work-around for it. I was using right click on my mouse to place items into the distillery, but if one uses left click, the problem goes away. Thank you for responding though!
Got two problems I need help on: the varied meads turning into chests after quitting and loading, and the same meads not aging properly with automate (loop back to normal quality upon auto-Retrieval). Log file https://log.smapi.io/8c2ui9Pg, the 'chest error' is reported as PyTK Exception in there.
Hey Tennou84 I answered your question in the sticky post but forgot to here as well. This is unfortunately a reported bug on the CFR framework, the author of the Custom Farming Redux has to address the issue :(
It is possible that PtYK after the exchange of data with the steam cloud gets a bug, because I have a few mods that require it and after exchanging data with the cloud, all the textures added in them are destroyed and look like boxes with a description of the object they should be. When playing offline, all textures and manufactured items are working, at least for me I will not switch on online mode and steam will exchange data from Stardew Valey.
I would suspect that PtYK/CFR is failing to find the json files to create the objects or the images. Do you have a snippet of the logs from SMAPI, I can tell very quickly if it is.
tried making my poppy honey into poppy honey mead but all I got was mead on looking at the swizzy distillery.json file the only entry item id for the usual mead so it does not include the swizzy meads mod as in description
ok thanks for the reply will i still be able to make pale ale only need the one for pam's quest or is it best to remove the mod just for summer destroying the machines first love the mod could just forget her quest lol
