Download and Pull the Fair Farm folder from the zip folder into your mods folder with the Required Mods Below(Reccomended mods are not required but this map was designed for 16 players)

1.Smapi
2.ContentPatcher
Reccomended mods-
1.UnlimitedPlayers(Reccomended)
Farm Exit Location is to the left of the shipping bin behind the main player house.
Want to place a structure on the second half of the farm, Keep Scrolling down when trying to place a building.
