Sorry, this is my negligence. When I used Tiled to draw the map, the properties of the tile were cancelled. I later forgot to re-add the properties that the land could be dig. I have solved this problem in the new version of 1.2, please download the latest version of the mod.
This happened because you didn't clear out your greenhouse before you installed the mod. To fix it, remove the mod, load up your game and go remove everything from your greenhouse. You even have to use the pickaxe on the hoed ground. Remove any chests or machines too. Get the greenhouse back to the way it is before you planted anything. You'll have to cut down your fruit trees if you have any. Then you can reinstall the mod. This happened to me when I tried a different greenhouse mod. I forgot to empty mine and I had crops growing out walls and all kinds of weird stuff.
If it's early in your save and you can't really afford to lose those crops yet you could install CBJ Item Spawner and get the lost seeds back and use CBJ Cheat Menu to make them grow instantly so you can get back what you lost.
