Hi, everybody. Thanks for your support and feedback. I was away for the past year due to health issues, but I'm currently catching up with modding again. I'll do my best to, at very least, get some bugs ironed out and make sure these mods work in future Stardew updates.
I might not be able to actively keep up with comments here anymore, and some older log files may have expired too. If you still have issues, please bump your old posts or re-post them (with recent SMAPI log links where possible).
Asking for help on the Stardew Discord servers or various forums may get you answers quicker (check the link below), but I'll try to go through posts here occasionally when I can. Thanks for your patience.
If you're playing the Android version of Stardew Valley, I can't fix it that. The Android version of SMAPI has not been maintained by anyone for a long time.
If you're playing a PC version, please share the full log file. The error message isn't enough information.
Thank you for the log. That's most likely an issue with Solid Foundations and its content packs. SF seems to erase certain building data while loading it, which causes problems if any other mod happens to look at it.
I've reported it to the author here previously (the "TileProperties" thread). I'll try to add a workaround in future versions of FTM if I can, but it ultimately needs to be fixed in SF.
Is there any way to set the condition of a Monster_Spawn_Settings to come up only in the green rain? Try "WeatherToday": ["GreenRain",], "WeatherToday": ["RainGreen",], "WeatherToday": ["Green_Rain",], "WeatherToday": ["Rain_Green",]. But nothing happens.
Hello, all I've updated today for mods were Custom Companions, Farm Type Manger and Button's Extra Books. After updating those 3 mods, whenever I open my save, I couldn't leave my farmhouse. The parts where one room connects to the other just went black. Even when I try to warp or even use the scepter, the screen just goes black. Here is my log: https://smapi.io/log/20c4a4b0afe54e97b7dc1d302c4afc9d
There's an issue with custom companions. The page no longer has the 4.03 file to fall back to, but cureforge does. I've included a link to the page below to make rolling back to the previous file easier for you. Custom Companions - Stardew Valley Mods - CurseForge
UPDATE: I was able to save my file now. Apparently with the update from the Custom Companions mod, save files just broke the game. A couple of reports were sent as of this time. As a temporary workaround, went back to the old version of the mod (available in Curseforge). Thank you!
Hi, I am not sure if this is just something wrong with SAMPI or something but it continuously tells me that I need to update this mod but I have the most recent version.
Thank you. If you're using a mod manager like Vortex or Stardrop, it may be causing issues that I can't fix myself; it might help to try installing the mod manually. See the instructions in the description.
If you're not using a mod manager, try completely deleting the FarmTypeManger folder and then reinstalling it. Make sure Stardew is closed before you update mods, and if you can't delete the files for some reason, try restarting your computer first.
Beyond that, I'm not sure what to suggest. Asking for help in one of the mod communities might help; see the link in my pinned comment.
Really confused as I am not able to find Grandpas shed or farm anywhere. any help would be apprectiated. i found it once. and now i can not find it again. even though i have the quest from robin to fix it up.
If I remember correctly, it's either on the top left corner of the farm (if you have that mod installed), or south from the bus stop. If they aren't there, you may have errors causing the mods not to load properly.
Those are both features of SVE, not FTM, though. Please ask for help in SVE's Discord channel or comments if needed.
Not directly, no. CP content packs don't share their config values/tokens with other mods.
There are workarounds for that, but they're somewhat more complicated. You can check for changes caused by your config settings with FTM's "CPConditions" or "GameStateQueries" fields in each spawn area.
You can also set/unset custom mail flags with a trigger actions in your CP pack, but please read the documentation carefully if you do. Both "CPConditions" and "GameStateQueries" can check mail flags, and enable or disable a spawn area based on that.

This format should work correctly:
"WeatherToday": ["GreenRain"],
Make sure there aren't other settings causing issues with that spawn area, e.g. in the "SpawnTiming" section.
As an alternative, you can try using game state queries to detect the current weather instead:
"GameStateQueries: ["WEATHER Farm GreenRain"],
I'm hoping you could help out. Thank you.
