It has taken a while, but here's Wear More Rings 7.1, for SDV 1.6.
It was a bit tricky to get working due to a certain new equipment item that was added. However, if you like the new trinkets and have them unlocked, then you can have two of them (this is entirely untested though). A small treat for your patience. Check the mod's config settings.
There's was a compatibility issue with Custom Companions, causing it's rings to not work. Make sure to update Custom Companions to at least v4.0.1.
So I've launched the game with the mod enabled multiple times however it won't generate a config file / i have no ring slots showing. https://pastebin.com/LTa7WXLe It doesn't show in the SMAPI as even loading, I'm using Vortex and have all the dependencies the mod lists. Is there something I'm missing?
The config file not showing up is likely due to vortex. Vortex likes to keep copies of the mods in multiple places and that can cause issues. I suppose that vortex downloaded the mod into one of its own folders, but failed to copy it to your SDV game folder.
P.s. the general opinion is that vortex is not suitable for SDV modding.
[SMAPI] Skipped mods[SMAPI] --------------------------------------------------[SMAPI] These mods could not be added to your game.[SMAPI] - Wear More Rings 7.4.0 because it requires mods which aren't installed (Stardew Hack).
My trinket slot does not show up. I know where it should be because I've looked at YouTubes about it. I have combat mastery and am getting trinkets, but nowhere to place them. I have 8 ring slots filled with rings. I also have the latest Generic Mod Config file. I had modified Wear More Rings to allow a second trinket but, when no slots appeared, I changed it to false. Still no trinket slot. Not sure what I am doing wrong. Here's my SMAPI log in case that helps.
UPDATE: I figured it out. I am not at MASTERY level 5. It isn't enough to have combat mastery, you need to get all of the mastery items which then triggers the trinket slot to appear. Boy, that's pretty late game. Gotta get to work!
How do I get the ring column next to the gear column, like in the second photo? I have the config set to allow two trinkets and 4 rings, but I dont see any config options on moving the slots around.
I think 20 is plenty, but here's a work around for you: - Disable the mod - Load the game - Unequip your left ring - Save your game - Enable the mod. - Equip the ring you unequipped earlier. - Enjoy an additional 19 slots to play around with. - Repeat as necessary.
Hello and thank you so much for the update.... You said that we get a second trinket slot, and I do have it, but I do not know if you know the game does that after mastering. Or I am missing something in my mod menu and I should have three? The mod works amazingly and the trinkets are doing fine too..... I was wondering/hoping you would add more trinket slots to the mod? No pressure just wondering 😁
Thank you for this mod <3 I love the new addition of a second trinket.
Not sure if this is a known bug but adding this mod duplicated the ring in my first ring slot into my inventory. Not mad about it, now I have 3 lucky iridium rings lol
Also am wondering if having more trinkets in lieu of more rings would be possible? Like, a configurable amount of each up to a certain maximum to prevent UI clutter? I love having the second trinket slot but 4 rings, 4 trinkets would be, to me, perfect and "balanced" lol
Hi I'm so sorry to ask, however I was wondering if it was possible that this mod may interfere with the summoning abilities of the rings you obtain through the Ridgeside Village mod because when I equip them they don't summon anything and when I combine them they don't form the special combo ring described on the wiki page. Thank you so much!!

Im really wanna wear around 35 (and i think 35 slots may be fitted in UI:))
- Disable the mod

How to disable mod? Cut mod folder from /mods? In GnericModMenu there is no checkbox for "disable"
