1. Install the latest version of SMAPI
2. Download and unzip Fashion Sense to place it in your Mods folder
3. Download and unzip this mod to place it in your Mods folder
4. Go to Pierre's shop and buy a hand mirror and use it
My mod only has the outfits, to get the sleeves on the shirt as shown in the preview image,
please refer to the optional requirements and download the body mods.
Same applies for the hairstyle and scarf shown.
TLDR:
Sleeves - GH Peach Body Type
(I personally use the tall one)
Scarf - Animated Cozy Scarf
