This was one of my favorite mods back in the day. Unfortunately, Content Patcher Animations is no longer being updated, so I took the liberty of converting it over to SpaceCore. Because I had to rewrite the code entirely, it took me a very long time to do, and this project took a back burner for other mods in the meanwhile. But now it's finished, and the original author, KingWitch, has granted me permission to upload!

At last! No more physical labor required on the daily.
Unleash your inner witch and master powerful magic!
Use your energy to cast powerful spells that are much more fun than using a boring axe or hoe.
Features:

Replaces the Pickaxe, Axe, Hoe, Watering Can, and Return Rod with spell tomes and runes.
Each upgrade will change the appearance and name of each magical tool:
Pickaxe - Crush, Crushra, Crushraga, Crushraza, Crushrazaga
Axe - Cut, Cutra, Cutraga, Cutraza, Cutrazaga
Hoe - Dig, Digra, Digraga, Digraza, Digrazaga
Can - Rain, Rainra, Rainraga, Rainraza, Rainrazaga
Return Rod - Revertatur
While converting this mod, I reorganized the code and added i18n support, allowing for easy translation for tool names and descriptions.
Config Options:
Each tool can be toggled on or off individually for better compatibility with other mods.
Install the mod and run the game using SMAPI at least once in order to generate a config.json file.
- Enable Axe (True, False) Defaults True
- Enable Pickaxe (True, False) Defaults True
- Enable Hoe (True, False) Defaults True
- Enable Return Scepter (True, False) Defaults True
- Enable Watering Can (True, False) Defaults True
Install:
- Download and install SMAPI, Content Patcher, and SpaceCore.
- Copy [CP] Crowley's Arcane Tools into your Stardew Valley/Mods folder
- Load the game using SMAPI and enjoy!
