Comments about feature requests are allowed! V1.2.0 Added Features: - Added Support for: Geode Stones -> ( Normal Geode, Frozen Geode, Magma Geode, Omni Geode ) Bugfixes: - Re-added missing stoneIds for the frozen-biome of the mines.
V1.1.0 Update Added Features: - Added Support for: Cinder Crystals - Added Support for: Minerals -> (Diamond, Ruby, Jade, Amethyst, Topaz, Emerald, Aquamarine & Mystic Stone (Same Modifier))
V1.0.1 Update Bugfixes: - Two specific node IDs were missed: (1 Coal Node, 1 Stone Node)
Subtle resources drop rate increase should be very nice and natural, thank you. Tracking for now. Since feature requests are allowed, please add drop rates for gem nodes - as seen here, nodes have multiple protrusion of gems, so dropping multiple emeralds or rubies would be lore-friendly, just like with ore, e.g. Iridium node has 5 visible protrusions, gold node has 3-5. Also, Radioactive node looks like it drops multiple ores. Also, do multipliers work only as whole numbers (1,2,3...), or can be with decimal point, like 1.5 (if set in config file), for example? Cheers.
- Do multipliers work only as whole numbers (1,2,3...), or can be with decimal point, like 1.5 (if set in config file), for example? Decimal points should work also, the sliders in the Mod Options (If using Generic Mod Config Menu) increment at a rate of .5, but you can manually edit the config file to increment up to anything, such as "1.1", "2.9", etc.
- Please add drop rates for gem nodes I can add this in on the next update, sure. It may be a single modifier that controls the drop-rate for every gem or it may be separate modifiers for each type, currently unknown as I haven't taken a look if the game code handles them differently or not. I'll get around to making this change when I have some free time
A little late but I finally got some free time to make an update. I added in the Mineral nodes with a modifier for them, hope this helps!
Note: This is not exactly what you requested, a 'lore-friendly' version certainly seems interesting and I may add that in as an optional download at a later date, but for now there is simply a singular modifier for all mineral nodes, like the other resources.
Ah, interesting. Seems I may have accidentally removed some of the stone ID's by mistake when I updated the mod, good catch. I'll update the mod to fix this once more, thank you for the report!
Just tried your update, and got this error when I was amount the community center: [Custom Drop Rates] [DEBUG] - [CDR]: ❌ Unknown Stone ID: 76. No multiplier applied. - Report this Data to Seshnik on Nexus Mods.
Thank you for letting me know, though It's odd that you ran into that around the community centre. After checking, I see StoneID 76 is the Frozen Geode Stone Rock, did you mine one of those during your gameplay and just happened to notice the message later at the community centre?
Either way, it's nothing to worry about. It's just a Debug log I kept enabled just in case I missed any stone IDs, though Geode stones aren't included in my mod, though I may add them if people wanted a Multiplier for geode rock drops.
I'm not entirely certain what part of the Volcanic minerals you are referring to. I believe all Volcanic variations of the current set (Stone, Coal, Copper, Etc) are boosted by the mod already.
So, I would assume you are referring directly to the Cinder Shard nodes? I could potentially add that to this mod, though I wasn't sure how needed it may have been at the time as it's not a common resource that's overly needed, though I haven't progressed that far to make use of them myself.
Just updated the Mod to V1.1.0. This update adds in the Cinder Crystal Nodes with it's own Modifier so you can increase the crystal drop rate. I hope this is what you meant, enjoy!
How does this mod work in multiplayer games? Does it apply to everyone if only the host downloads it, or it only take effect for those who have it installed?Anyway, thanks for your mod.
I have not tested this in multiplayer, unfortunately. I'm quite unsure on how it would act or how multiplayer is handled in Stardew.
If the host is the one with the mod, it could potentially work for all? but honestly, I doubt it. It would likely only work on each client who has the mod.
Hey! Not sure what I'm doing wrong, but the file is downloading not in a folder with multiple items but just one notepad with Chinese characters. Anyway the game is not reading it on sampi even if I just put that file into the mods folder as is.
CustomDropRateMod 📄 CustomDropRateMod.dll (30.7 kB) 📄 manifest.json (356 B)
I'm not sure why you aren't receiving the file, it sounds like something is going wrong with your download method. Are you using Vortex or a mod manager to download it, or manual? It sounds like your browser is doing something strange when you try to download, if it's manual. Perhaps a virus on your system or something else?

I'll add it to the list, regardless.
