I had the same issue. Uninstalling the mod from Vortex, removing it completely, and then downloading it again through Vortex solved the problem for me.
Just wanted do drop by and say a big THANK YOU ! I got into modding a few weeks ago, purely because I wanted the gates on my farm to close automatically behind me, no more, no less. Figuring everything out on Android sure was a ride, but I got everything I wanted to work finally;
I wanted to signal something I encountered along the way with your mod (Android, ver 2.5.0) : the auto-close wasn't working most of the time, it required an additional tap on the door to "reset". I eventually found that by setting GateDelay over 0, it worked just fine again. I currently have it at 500 and it runs perfectly.
Just wanted to add to this last comment, actually the mod doesn't work that well even with the GateDelay fix. It usually works fine the first time you cross a gate after fully reloading the game. After that, it will only open the doors and not close them about 90% of the time (sometimes it will work as intended but I still can't pinpoint what factors make it work).
Clicking on the door again will cause the auto-closing to work again and close the door when the farmer walks away, but at that point it kind of defeats the point...
Would it be possible to add a gate delay for opening instead of closing? I'd love to have to pause in front of the gate for 1 second before it opens, that way when I'm just quickly passing by a gate, it doesn't open unnecessarily.
