I dont know if its happening to you guys, but on odd days there will be no green square around any ladders, even when my luck cube is at full green. I mine around randomly and a ladder appears, but never with a green square. :(

I have read this some times. I tested this option in co-op game. In multiplayer mode, the game time doesn't pause. I have reached level about 200 or 300 when Force shafts is enabled in co-op game. I can only reach level 100 when Force shafts is disabled in co-op game. Without mod, I can reach only level 100 in co-op game also.
It seems that I get more shafts to faster descending when force shafts is enabled. To my understanding and practice, some original ladders were now replaced by shafts.

Highlight Types lacked of "disbled" option.
"LeftShift + OemTilde" can switch highlight type. Press and switch to "disabled" in game. Then open the mod config menu, press save & close. I get red words in console and can not save and close config menu.
Isnt really a bug, but on floors 40-79 its almost impossible to see the green ring around the rocks. it took me like 2 minutes to find one in a swarm of monsters i almost died! Maybe you could make it more visible by changing it to a more vibrant easily seeable color or just making the ring itself bigger? Other than that its amazing :)
alt+` (left ctrl, left alt, left cap, tab, ` ) can change highlight alpha, add 0.15 once. Or go to config, change "highlight alpha" from 0.45(default value) to 1.0.
Thank you for creating such a user-friendly mod, but after the game update on January 10th, there seems to be an error in a functional module. The mineral display in the lower right corner is still working properly, but the predicted ladder position is not displayed at all. It was still usable the day before yesterday : (
