I think you should revert the metadata of your mod; currently it's listing your mod's latest version as 1.1 while the actual downloadable file specifies its version as 1.0, resulting in SMAPI erroneously informing the user that there's a newer download.
I have added compatibility with Prismatic Tools now in v1.1 - the Prismatic Sprinkler will cost 1x Iridium Sprinkler, 2x Prismatic Ingot, 1x Battery Pack (reduced from 2, since the Iridium Sprinkler already has one)
Thanks for the quick response, unfortunately your update conflicted with the prismatic tools recipe and maybe the author of that mod has to make that change too ...
If you can, leave the version without 1.0 because it unfortunately conflicted and anyone who has the prismatic tools installed will not be able to use it ... Sorry for the inconvenience.
So, I've done some testing. Renaming the folder doesn't work for me at all, sadly. Neither does changing the code to basically say "Prismatic Tools is a required dependancy, load it first". I think the issue is that it takes some time for Prismatic Tools to load its' recipes, so the game thinks it's done loading before it really is or something? So maybe with the number of mods you have installed, the delay before loading a renamed mod is okay to make it work, but with the mods I have it is not enough.
I've been thinking over and over, and the only solution I have that would 100% work is to modify Prismatic Tools directly to edit the recipe (or, to make it not crash if the recipe exists already). So, I've messaged the mod author asking his permission to do so. We will have to wait for now and see what comes of that.

Thanks for making this mod available. It's working perfectly as far as I've tested.
I would like to leave a request for if in future this mod will be compatible with "prismatic tools".
A hug

And yeah sorry didn't realise I'd deleted 1.0 when uploading 1.1, this is the first time I've released anything on Nexus, I'll reupload it now.
Here's my log for you to check, maybe it's useful.

I'm trying to find a way to make my mod load slower now, but I don't think it's as easy as I'd like it to be!
