Slightly extended how long fragments will last before despawning
Added a new "Special Orders Difficulty" config that makes the special orders harder. Default is 'easy', which is the previous number of required items.
For translators: text for the new config has been added to the i18n. Emily's special order description has been changed slightly and all quantity numbers in special order objectives have been replaced with a {{OrderQuantity}} token. This needs to also be replaced in your translation but the token itself must not be translated.
