This mod only adds items and doesn't touch anything vanilla, so I don't see why it wouldn't be. If you have any issues with it, though, please let me know!
Just wanted to check, does that mean the new vanilla recipe changes are NOT compatible with Love of Cooking? I'm testing it now, but figured I would ask as you have a better knowledge of the behind-the-scenes stuff.
If you're worried about it, just keep the vanilla recipe changes to false. Right now it's just Blackberry Cobbler, although next update that list will grow.
Just wanted to let you know, in a new file herb seasoning is showing an error for "garden floral swag" even though not really a thing. I have wildflour so don't know why it's showing an error
I've removed the reference to Wildflour & replaced the DriedHerbs with DriedVegetables in this update. Out of curiosity, (& please check Cauldron) did you have WAG stuff set to simple or advanced?
Hello! absolutely love this mod. However, just updated today and got this SMAPI log. [SMAPI] Skipped mods [SMAPI] -------------------------------------------------- [SMAPI] These mods could not be added to your game. [SMAPI] - [CP] GoodJobSuzette's Home Cooking because parsing its manifest failed: Newtonsoft.Json.JsonReaderException: Can't parse JSON file at D:\Gaming\steamapps\common\Stardew Valley\Mods\[CP] GoodJobSuzette's Home Cooking\manifest.json. I deleted the old before installing the new and even tried re-downloading again. Am I missing something? Thank you for all the work you do!!!
All look nice, just a question: i have none of the optional mods, but i guess it works with only CP (well, that's the point of "Optional" ). I also see at the description that you are planning to add Spacecore as a dependency. Any chance keeping an optional CP-only version for casuals like me?
Spacecore would just add some optional features with modded and vanilla recipe overrides, but it would only activate the .json file if you have the mod installed - so no worries! The only hard requirement will be CP. And thank you!
I updated & this is the first time I've kept the spacecore files in there. If it's not too much of a bother, would you let me know that you are still space-core free & able to use this mod?
[Content Patcher] Error loading patch '(CP) Good Job Suzette's Home Cooking Addons > Include data/PC.json': file 'data\PC.json' doesn't have anything in the Changes field. Is the file formatted correctly?.
The item that the the file edits if you have PasserbyCemetery is one of the "hidden" items. It makes Hot Sauce use Fire Peppers from PC. However, Hot Sauce isn't currently used in anything so I "hid" it. I put instructions if you want to unhide things in the changelog TXT file. Next update should be to unhide most things, though.
If you don't want to look at that, or for anyone else viewing this: "If you want everything to show (for selling purposes or whatnot), just open the files in Visual Studio or an equivalent & you'll see the hidden content bookended by /* & */."
That includes for all the data files in the main download & the addon download. It's easier to view and edit in VS because of the colors, though.
Really looking forward to adding this one, i am close to perfection in my current save or I would add it. It always felt like a missed opportunity with Cornucopia's crops not having recipes along side it, glad someone with coding knowledge brought the crops to life.
Thank you so much, and I completely get it. One of my next learning goals is figuring out how to toggle exclude from perfection. I am also in the process of incorporating more of Cornucopia's crops (despite not using it in my current save) when I work potential recipes.
I look forward to seeing this mod's progress, so far it looks awesome and I cant wait to give it a try. I have never reached perfection because... my mod hoarding is outrageous lol, but i am determined to do it this save. I have so many tracked mods because of this i want to try in the next SDV sessions i have lol.
oof.. ok. I have been tracking the mod (animal husbandry) for a while, I just dont know how i feel about the insemination part of the mod, i will see if some of the features can be disabled. Thank you for the response!
I'm not ignoring your comment. This update doesn't include any i18n files because it's taking me a little while to understand them but once I do I'll let you know.

when hovering in the config?
there is no description... is it an i18n issue??
EDIT: WAIT I THINK I FIXED IT..?

Great job!
Seemed like I should probably inform you of this?

edit: ALSO I added a txt file that you can see that shows you what content exists when you have certain mods & if they're hidden or un-hidden.
