Villagers pass away or move out over time.

After a few years, George and Evelyn pass away, leaving Alex on his own. Meanwhile, Sebastian moves to Zuzu City. Once Jojamart shuts down, Shane gets a job in the city, leaving early and coming home late. Jas and Vincent start attending school in Zuzu City. 

As time goes on, it seems like more villagers are spending time out of town. Haley, however, is the opposite — if you're not close friends with her, she goes shopping in the city every weekend.

It's a simple mod mainly for personal use. There isn't much storytelling. It makes some NPCs invisible, changes some schedules, and adds a few dialogue. My goal was creating a challenge to manage friendship before villagers disappear, and Haley is just an addition.

George: If you haven't maxed out hearts with him, he will pass away on Summer 12, Year 2+.
Evelyn: If you haven't maxed out hearts with her, and George passed away, she will pass away on Summer 13, Year 2+.
Sebastian: If you met Sebastian, but aren't in a relationship with him (including divorced without erasing memory), he will move out on Fall 10, Year 2+.
Shane: If the Community Center is restored, and you (or any other player in co-op) haven't seen his 6 heart event, he heads to the Bus Stop at 6 a.m., and drinks in front of the Saloon after midnight, Mon-Sat. You're blocked from his 6, 8 and 10 heart events, and he becomes an undateable NPC.
Jas & Vincent: If the Community Center is restored, they head to the Bus Stop at 8 a.m. and comes home 3 p.m., Mon-Fri, starting from Year 3+ Fall 2. (will be changed to fall 1 in the upcoming versions.) Penny spends more time by herself.
Haley: If you have less than 6 hearts with Haley, she goes shopping every Saturday. She heads to the Bus Stop at 10 a.m., and returns home at 5 p.m.


This mod doesn't include new sprites for Vincent and Jas as they age.

Villagers who "disappeared" will still appear in festivals in 0.1.0. Some vanilla heart events involving said villagers will not be triggered. This is done by marking those events as seen, blocking you from triggering them even after you remove this mod mid-save. You can still see modded events after villagers disappear, if you have not seen them beforehand.

--- Villagers, once disappeared, should not appear in festivals (either vanilla or modded) in 0.2.0-beta version. Not fully tested out.
Transparent sprites are used. They will be silent and invisible obstacles. You might have to disable/remove mods that affect sprites or festival dialogue to make sure those files doesn't overwrite this mod.

--- You can now customize when and which villagers will leave in 0.3.0-beta version. Not fully tested out.
Adjust the settings via Generic Mod Config Menu.
Note some of Alex's dialogue is meant to make more sense in default setting. To be double-checked when I have time.

Also, I didn't edit vanilla dialogue which mention family members or friends. Just imagine that they're delusional.
