didn't see a config file in the description tab but can you enable which portrait you want? Like only want the mateo portrait but keep the pixel portrait from the original mod?
love this set! but i'm having an odd issue where Mateo's shirtless and Hector's wolf portraits are.... Weirdly zoomed in during one heart event each. i think it's Hector's 3-star, and Mateo's 12(i think?).
hello! me again! 'B' is acting shy when you first meet them in the forest now(their portrait is very zoomed in to random parts). and Mateo's portrait is horribly stretched after completing the community center, though i've only seen this one once.
the introduction of 'B" is already fixed in the 1.0.9 version, is this what u r referring to? or is it a different event? i suggest if u occur any wrong scaling to do a "patch summary McJoan.Hector/Mateo/Name of Person that is wrongly scaled" in the smapi console and send me the smapi log, so i can see which portrait is loaded and may need fixing.
the mateo thing: is it a cutscene or on what occasion did the wrong scaling happen? do you have more informations on that for me, so i could replicate the issue to find out whats going on?
make sure u have the latest version, and delete old files when updating. i am happy for the feedback, so i can fix when stuff is not working as intended <3
i'd updated to the latest version, but it must have reverted back when i shared mods with my friend. i'll give updating a try! but it was their introduction, when you first enter the forest.

I've never seen a scaling like this.. wtf. I also tried to replicate it, via CJB and Mateo were completely normal afterwards... I will need to investigate on this, can u provide me a patch summary and smapi log with this issue please?
it's been a while since it happened, but i plan on trying to replicate it(i got distracted and forgot to report it until i started a multiplayer game with a friend and we laughed at dear 'B' being so shy). i'll get you the log and such when i do!
no worries, I honestly found out the shy B intro myself with a friend in multiplayer, haha :D and fixed it right away. that would help a lot, the mateo thing seems very weird to me, like the image was stretched somehow, not even misscaled.
for what it's worth, I've seen this exact behavior on the CP version of several portrait mods (from a few different authors - as have a lot of others based on the comments). I've only had success with Portraiture versions.
i finally have an update! after finally completing the community center on another farmer, Mateo is no longer weirdly stretched! so it must have just been a weird one time thing. he got too excited, i guess lol

after investigating, and trying to replicate, stuff should be still shown as intented and most of those reportings can be ignored. besides that, i only could replicate the mateo reports, make sure u have everything updated and all required mods installed.
and if the portraits are showing and are correct shown ingame, then there is nothing to resolve.
on what chapter of s&s are u currently? did u even meet hector yet? are the portraits showing ingame/also for mateo?
if u didnt, he is set on a waiting term, which will my mod notice and cannot load an non yet existing character, which can be ignored then.
the mateo thingy can be ignored, it is just the dynamic token speaking, but should still show the correct portrait.
it seems that this is just a token issue, they are shown as erros in smapi but can be ignored, if the portraits still showing correctly (which mostly will and should)
if nothing works i would suggest, deleting all HD portraits folders and downloading and reinstalling them - sometimes download thingies happen, but shouldnt. also maybe try repairing your game, since u have an error of modifyed/corrupted files? and idk if that affects anything, but can only help to have a clean game client.
On Mateo this will be normal, yes, no matter the chapter. And until u meet the other characters, the mod will notice them as not existing yet, so it reconize the portait as "cannot be loaded". u can ignore that, unless u dont see the portrait, or the scaling is off (which i would've need to check on then).
Hey, just installed this mod recently and it is showing that all of the files have an update available for 1.0.6 on Stardrop, but when I follow the link here I am only seeing the files that are already in use (1.0.5, 1.0.0, 1.0.5, 1.0.1, and 1.0.3). Is this being caused by Mateo have 1.0.6 available?
Thats normal. This will be fixed in the future, when i implement everything in one file to download eventually, but for now just check the versions as in the mods declared and if u have the latest version. There are some things still need to be done, there will be still some updates for as example Mateo and the TA's. Just ignore it for now.
