Adds a beehive tapper in game.

Decided to create a seperate tapper I wanted to be able to hang them around town and also collect honey while looking like they belong naturally.
You can hang it on wild trees and fruit trees. When honey is ready to collect you'll see honey drip out of it. It takes 4 days for the honey to be produced. You cannot buy the tapper it is craftable after level 3 of farming. The spots where the beehives are placed aren't perfect as it is in the same spot as a normal tapper would be.
You can collect regular honey or fruit/flower flavored honey if flowers are near or if it is on a fruit tree you will get fruit honey. Compatible with better bee houses.
There is a config file where you can make the beehive seasonal where it changes to a different shade each season (automatically turned on) or default which is just the spring image in the generic config menu.
*The tapper is standalone it doesn’t not replace any tappers*
