Update, as of today this mod won't load due to a missing mod. Not sure what it's looking for, though.
edit: the mod considers "Alternative Textures" by PeacefulEnd to be required, but this is not listed. Fixed on my end, just thought I'd let you know to save someone a hassle.
No. No membership or payment is needed for Mods like these. Every mod made for SDV is free. Donations to the Creators is helpful but not required. You can safely download this mod, and many others completely for free.

The mod is wonderful, everything looks really great, you are great at making these decoration mods, but I loved this one more than all of them, it's a shame I can't use it in the mobile version
