About this mod
A new farmhouse with a different layout that aims to maintain compatibility with various other mods, namely mods with events that take place inside the farmhouse. Can be renovated!

This mod is only available here at Nexus Mods! If you see it anywhere else, it has been uploaded without my permission and should be taken down immediately!
Please note that this mod only affects the second house upgrade! The starter farmhouse and first upgrade are not included in this mod and I have no plans to add them!
- Spouse room and kitchen have not been moved from their vanilla positions
- Can put paintings and windows on all wall space, even the beams and the greenhouse walls
- House can be renovated. Some renovations were more adjusted than others to fit.
- Corner room can renovated into a greenhouse, where the dirt can be tilled and plants can grow in any season.
- A config is included to Enable the mod. Simply set it to true or false (Default true).
Compatibility:
- Should be compatible with a variety of mods, however I cannot account for every single one out there. For events that take place inside the farmhouse, some clipping may occur.
- Confirmed compatible with SVE and RRRR.
- Not compatible with Custom Spouse Room Locations. I may do this at a later date.
Install:
- Download and install SMAPI and Content Patcher.
- Copy [CP] Jen's First Farmhouse into your Stardew Valley/Mods folder
- Load the game using SMAPI and enjoy!
