hi i just realized this mod adds 3 items to the ship all items collection. So if you have this mod, you cant reach perfection normally, you would have to ship these 3 items aswell. Maybe thats on purpose, but i wanted to note that anyway
Edit: I checked and the items that this mod adds arent shippable, so i'd say its not on purpose
