CARRION CREPITATION'S BLACKTOBER MOD - 1.0
This ReadMe is for the initial version of the mod, created for Blacktober. As of typing this, only Abigail and Caroline are edited.

:: REQUIREMENTS ::
- SMAPI
- Content Patcher

:: FEATURES ::
- The following character sprites and portraits are modded to be Black in the game:
- Abigail
- Caroline
- It is also possible to install them individually--check Nexus mods for the appropriate .zip or simply remove the assets of unwanted changes and remove the sections of the content.json that refers to those .png files.
- This mod is pretty simple at the moment, but CC has plans to update it regularly and add more characters. Feedback is appreciated!

:: KNOWN ISSUES ::
- Dialogue has yet to be changed. This means that Abigail is referred to as "pale", and similar details.
- Sprites located outside of the main sprite sheets--for example, if they have miscellaneous sprites on Town or Event sheets--have not been changed. Please bring these to CC's attention, as they don't know all of the places where sprite art may be located outside of the initial sheets.
- This has only been tested in Year One, Spring. Anything that happens beyond that has yet to be entirely troubleshooted, and may mess up. Please let CC know of these issues so that they can be fixed.

:: CREDITS ::
- All art for this mod was created by CARRION CREPITATIONS, without anything taken from another mod.
- As CC is not typically a coder, there may be issues that they did not notice. Kind explanations are appreciated.
- CC can be reached through:
- Tumblr: RaviniaRaven
- Bluesky: Carrion Crepitations @ccrepitations.bsky.social
- Ko-Fi: Carrion Crepitations
- Nexus: CarrionJazz (check mod page)

This is CC's first mod, and they would appreciate if you're nice, or at least polite! Updates and additions may be slow, as they are recovering from a stroke they experienced at the beginning of September, in addition to the aforementioned poor coding ability.
