      I think it's an .xnb type of mod, so you replace your real game files with this.

      It's not a mod, it's a compilation of image files for that farm. They are necessary to not give some BUG and not come to load the map, but as always it is good to leave a backup of the original files.
      
      ex. Farm.xnb >> OldFarm.xnb
