Halloween Scarecrows
Changes several scarecrows, giving them a halloween theme

Jack-O-Lantern Scarecrows
Changes snowmen into skeleton
Racoon and dwarf into ghosts
Coffin with a bat
::IF YOU'RE HAVING ISSUES::
This just changes the look of the scarecrows and doesn't edit anything else so if
you're having issues it is most likly something else. If the issue does end up
being this then let me know and I'll see what I can do.
