no matter what i try i cant get these to populate in my game. i followed the description and made an entirely new folder and tried to name it "rsv portraits" and i put it in my portraits mod. started the game and it causes my villagers to not spawn in RSV, only the NPCs in the hotel show up. i even tried just removing the original .pngs of the RSV villagers and changing them to these new portraits, but then it caused only a zoomed in portion of jio to show (in the first mountain cutscene) and then my RSV villagers didnt populate that time either.
Im not sure how to do it properly because i thought i was following the description but nothing has worked. :( can anyone give any suggestions?
example: for this step in the description: \Mods\Portraiture\Portraits\{the folder you named}) ,,, what i did was name the folder "rsv Portraits" and then i put it in " stardew valley\mods\portraiture\portraits "
and yes i have all the required mods as well. Ive downloaded other portraits before and those work fine but i cant figure out this one.
I have a small problem, it could be that I just completely misunderstood, but I can't seem to get this to work. I downloaded the Portraiture and PortraiturePlus, then I downloaded this mod manually, instead of the automatic Vortex download, and moved the mod into the Portraiture folder to where it said Non-Content-Pack-Folders-Go-Here. I've tried extracting, then I tried automatically downloading it and then moving the mod into that folder, but I've run out of, admittedly short, ideas. Please help.
I literally just figured it out. Just in case someone else runs into the same issue and has a brain moment like me; you're not supposed to copy the file you downloaded into Portraiture, you're supposed to make a new file, copy the images from this file, and past them into that. It literally said it in the description and my brain completely misunderstood lol.
Could you make a like a video of how to do it or like tell me all the steps? Please? Cause when i press p and it says I have it, it doesn't change their original pictures.
I downloadEd all the files you said. I don't understand your instructions, but I tried a few ways. I follow what you said, copy your folder and paste into the path you said, it's not working, still see original portraits. I tried another way, I replaced the PNG picture from your files with the original png from RSV mod. It successful change the portrait but only see 1 corner of the picture (only see their hair). if possible, can you make a video instructions to show us. I saw many people having same problem. Note: my mods is all newest version
Can you provide a screenshot of where you've placed the files? Also, have you installed the required prerequisite mods? I really can't reproduce the issue where the portraits aren't working. The process is simple: just create a new folder (with a name of your choice) inside the Portraiture\Portraits directory and place all of my portrait files into that folder.
Have you downloaded both the Portraiture and PortraiturePlus prerequisite mods?Make sure that my portrait PNG files are located here: \Mods\Portraiture\Portraits\{the folder you named}.Also, check if there are any other portrait mods (like CP mods or others that could override character portraits) in your mods folder for the same character.I'm playing on the latest version, and the portraits are still working normally. If the above steps don't solve the issue, I'll need a more detailed description of the problem to help you further, as I'm unable to reproduce the error on my end. :(

Love these portraits! I'm not seeing a Bryle beach portrait. Am I correct?

由於Rafseazz的一些服裝有特殊的設定(例如根據年份變化的萬聖節服裝),我遵循Plus版本的命名約定,以確保每個服裝肖像在特定場景下正確顯示。
