About this mod

Expands shop inventories dynamically as the player progresses their skills and the game state, and builds friendships. Includes changes for most vanilla shops, several RSV shops, and 1 SVE shop.

Adds new entries to many shops in the valley which populate over the course of a playthrough. Most new entries are unlocked through becoming friends with the shop owner and raising a certain skill to a prerequisite level. There are several QoL mods out there already that add high-demand resources to shops already, but this is my take on things, and I've added my own little flair by including Conversation Topic dialogues and some mail in which shop owners and sometimes their family will inform the player of new stock! I have also made some edits to Ridgeside Village stores and a Stardew Valley Expanded store to fit the economy of the changes I made to vanilla shops, and my personal tastes.

Every changed shop is able to be blanket toggled on and off, and I have included a config option to disable all Year 2 price increases, including those in vanilla. I have also included a miscellaneous Tea Sapling sell price nerf as I couldn't justify keeping it and having the store price be so high, so we got a reasonable store price (in my mind) and a nerfed player sell price - also toggleable!

This mod was made with casual multiplayer in mind; any player can meet the requirements for an item to be added to a shop, and all players will be able to see and purchase it!

To install, drag the main folder into your Mods folder. The main folder contains a Content Patcher component and a Mail Framework Mod component. Both parent mods are hard requirements.


To Do (priority):
- i18n Keys for the Config.
Those are incomplete as I realized they did not work the same as other i18n keys and ran into a roadblock. Will fix when I figure it out!
