Sorry, I disappeared again for a while. >w<; I actually didn't know they had made an all-in-one version, so I'll definitely look into making a second version for that! It might take a little bit though, I'm still getting back into the swing of things.
Probably not, since the actual pixel art is by HxW. I am however working on my own style of buildings. Been in the works for a while, but I swear they'll release someday! lol
Hello! I love this recolor, but for some reason, I cannot get it to work. Using the paint bucket on the bakery only shows the default options from the original mod, not your recolor. I even tried adding a dependency to ensure the right load order, but it didn't help. There are no errors that appear in my SMAPI log, and there are no floor tiles underneath the bakery that AT might be targeting instead. It's not even an issue of seeing the thin line, like in below comments - it's just not populating at all.
When checking my SMAPI log, it looks like it recognizes your mod and loads it appropriately. I also see the following:
I think these are just the ones included in the main bakery shed file. I don't see yours loaded at all, and I'm not sure why. I double-checked the name of the bakery (HXW.BakeryShed_BakeryBuilding) and it's correct in both the main bakery and your AT textures. I'm definitely clicking on the bakery shed, not a regular shed. Your textures are enabled in the GMCM AT menu.
Any help you are able to offer would be incredible! I'm not sure how else to troubleshoot from here. Thank you!
That's really odd... Not sure what to tell you at this moment, I've been away from modding and the game for a while due to some personal stuff, but I'm gradually getting back into it all. I'll check on my game too in case it had something to do with an update. If you figure out the problem first, definitely let me know what caused it.
In trying to determine the issue, it seems it's not just your recolor - it's any recolor for the bakery shed if built prior to installing the recolor.
I'm going to try some recolors for other (vanilla) buildings as well, and I'm going to check for conflicts with other building / decorating mods (like HHD, Anything Anywhere, etc). I was able to do some testing with other mods, and it seems that I can recolor vanilla buildings and other modded buildings just fine! However, I am not seeing any AT recolors available specifically for the bakery shed... UNTIL the building is demolished and rebuilt. After that, I'm able to see yours. Beforehand, it was only recognizing vanilla shed recolors. Very strange! Maybe something to do with how it's recognizing the building name before / after shed upgrade? Not sure who I'd report that to, bug-wise.
I'm glad you figured out more info about it! That's so weird how it's working like that. o.o I am planning on adding this as a recolor for the normal shed as well due to another bug where the bakery is still being recognized as a shed, so it's possible that would fix the issue you're having too. I just need to test it to make sure it works out.

hi! these look super cool and i will definitely probably be downloading this when its not 7 in the morning. For a future thing (since you said that if we had other building mods to link them) would it be possible to add Some Building Edits https://www.nexusmods.com/stardewvalley/mods/28220 to the potential docket? its close enough to the medieval ones that i don't think that using that will stand out too much, but its the building retexture i've been using in most of my saves and i would love to have this match (if it wouldn't be super annoying of course)

I have tried uninstalling all of my mods and updating them but the AT for the Bakery recolor is not working for me. I even demolished my bakery and built it again. When using the paint bucket, the full image doesn't show, more like a thin line. I checked the images on the folders and they look fine:
1) A thin line appears and the recolor only affects a single tile at the base of the building:
Is the building sitting on top of any floor tiles? This is an issue with AT itself wanting to select the floor tiles instead of the building. If this is the case, remove the floor tiles under it and then try. I have noticed that sometimes the textures just won't show correctly in the preview and show a long line instead, but they apply to the building just fine. I'm assuming this is another issue with AT reading a custom building, since it also happens with the other retexture I installed for it.
If none of this helps the problem, could you let me know what system you're using? Like PC, steam deck, etc?
Interesting to know! I was actually checking your comment section out just now if you had people with the same troubles since you were also doing HxW building retextures as I do. It really seems to be an AT problem since the 1.6.9+ drop as no matter what I tried for mine to replicate and get rid of it nothing worked. Even started a completely fresh save with no other building or anything around or under the building.
For me it was happening before 1.6.9 as well, but now that I think about it, I think the Spring preview showed correctly. None of the other seasons did though. Definitely seems to be an issue with AT in general. I saw you just released two new HxW building retextures, do those preview correctly or do they have the same problem?
