Please do not comment/submit bug reports for this mod pertaining to the newest SDV version.
Additionally, please submit bug reports to the 'Bugs' tab. I can respond to and fix the issues quicker if you do so, and other users can tell easily in which version an issue has been fixed.
Always submit your SMAPI log with the report; follow the instructions on the site (do NOT copy paste the log text into your bug report). Submissions with images are preferable. I cannot tell what your issue is without a log, especially one that is caused by cross-mod incompatibility.
Any questions or reports that can be solved by reading through the mod description, especially the Bugs & Issues section, or the descriptions of mods listed in the Requirements will NOT be responded to and/or deleted unless you've tried the fixes I offered and the issues persist, or are reporting an issue I have not listed. If I have deleted your bug report, it means that there is already a similar report, your reported issue is irrelevant to this mod, or I know you did not read the mod description before reporting.
EDIT: NEVERMIND! Buy the door from the magician, place the door on the wall, then the Tiny Rooms menu pops up. I'm okay!! I just needed to go through the extra step. (Perhaps leave this comment here just in case?) Sorry for my tom foolery!
Somehow, I am missing where you're supposed to buy doors at? From Robin? The Catalogue? I bought some of the doors from the magician as per PIF, but it sounds like there are some others and that's where I'd like to find out where to buy them. It's probably just me and I'm missing it somewhere.
Hi. I love these rooms except for the chair rail / wainscotting. I end up using the one room without it no matter what layout I would really prefer. Is there a possibility of getting an option to remove that from all the rooms? If this is too big a lift I understand. Thank you for the mod regardless.
Hey, aside from adding variants being technically difficult with how PIF works - I've tried configs to Load different room variants and they caused yellow errors in the log, which while harmless I don't want to get more concerned comments from users to deal with, and EditMaps are expensive and I would rather not add an unnecessary performance hit - It's impossible to not use the wainscoting because the rooms have lots of nooks and inner corners have to have the wainscoting in vanilla. Otherwise the wall corners look weird. That's why a lot of the rooms use the wainscoting.
I have aproblem, I realized that the seller of the PIF only has a certain number of different doors available in the inventory, so when I wanted to put a similar door design for two different rooms it didn't let me because when I put a repeated door it automatically assigns it to the room that you previously chose, so my question is if the number of different rooms you can have is limited by the varieties of doors that are sold or if I am missing something. By the way, thanks for the mod and I'm sorry for the terrible writing, I'm using a translator, I don't know if Iexplained it well :(
Great mod, so excited to have more place for me to decorate. I noticed that the furniture in the first picture shown is also classy! Can i know where those furniture comes from?
Since some of the rooms upgrade with the house, is it better to wait for the final upgrades, or does it matter? I have never used a PIF mod before, sorry if this is a dumb question.
No, it doesn't matter. You can just use the PIF rooms from the very first farmhouse upgrade, and as you upgrade the farmhouse the rooms automatically upgrade alongside it. No resources spent!
Some of the rooms are upgradeable, some are not (Tiny Room 1 & 2). Because of how PIF works, the renovations are not optional. However I do plan to add more non-upgradeable rooms in the future.
Seconded on anticipation on mini-fridges. I use the "tiny farmhouse" that doesn't really have any good place for dumping mini fridges, but the "Closet" is a excellent solution for setting up a pantry.
